I had to stop and get a fuel filter yesterday at the stealers and the sales man was telling me they are getting rid of all their rental implements cause they are doing such a good business that they don't need to rent stuff out. I was looking for a small spreader for the BX he has one and wants 300 for it along with landscape racks tillers and a box blade or 2. I don't think they will dicker on the prices but it never hurts to try. So what might be a fair price for the stuff,, its all either land pride or Kubota. Yeah I know condition plays a big part, and the stuff is not bad but used hard, you know how rental stuff gets abused. What would be a good fair price for the spreader, 54 inch landscape rake 48 inch box blade and 48 inch tiller

What do you mean by a spreader? Manure spreader? back blade?

Keep in mind most rental stuff has paid for itself many times over. As well as being used hard. If i rent something, i work it to get my money's worth.

The box blade and rake should be easy to evaluate. The spreader and tiller a little riskier. Since it is rental equipment will they let you rent it for an evaluation and apply the rental to the purchase price if you decide to buy?
