I am looking for front turf tires for my L2900. The ones I have are filled and are worn down to nothing. And I don't need that just regular pneumatic turf tires. Where can I get them? any suggestions would be appreciated. Another question is: The rear tires are filled too but are like new. can I mix filled (rear) with non-filled (front)?

Yes you can run filled rear and no filled fronts.
If they are liquid filled just remove the liquid and change the tires.
That model came with 4 different size tires what size is on it now?
