Trans fluid.

Are there substitutes for kubota trans/hydraulic fluid? I have 2 mid 80's tractors, one hydrostatic one geared. Mystic JT 5 is a "universal" oil but has no API rating on it. Thanks all.

I have used Mystik JT5 for years with no problems, or ill effects, in both a GST and an HST tractor.
And Mystik JT5 is not formulated like universal fluids, flows much better even at -20f.
