I searched the threads for an approach for what is needed to install a ball joint so I can pull a trailer around wiht my L3000 and throw brush on it. If anyone could steer me in the right direction and also what not to do/ buy I would be thankful.

Get a three point hitch and use a check chain from the hitch to the draw bar to keep it from going to high.
