Ok I am an idiot. When I bought my used L3301 (260 hours) I thought I had tried everything on it. I remember shifting from Med to Low to make sure that worked but I guess I was in such a tight space I never tried High. Yesterday I could have used High but when I shift to H it just rolls like its in Neutral. I am not too mechanical so asking to see if there are any obvious quick things to check before I dive in to deep.

Thank you!

You in 2wd or 4wd?

Roll ever so slightly - like real slow and see if it falls into "H"

Check under where the linkages are located - anything bent there?

Might be as simple as a bent lever.
When it's in low is it very close to the end of the slot?
Or is it a ways away, and when you try to go to high does it hit the cover?
If it is, then pull the two cover bolts and try to put it in high, if it goes in you need to "adjust" the lever.

Sometimes when hasn't been used difficult to shift
Try checking the linkage as others have stated also get some lube on them. I use silicone since it doesn't attract dust.
