Hi, I'm in need of repair advice.
My BX2360 turns on at the ignition and idles ok. But when I apply pressure to the forward/accelerator pedal, the engine shuts off. The same thing happens when I lightly touch the reverse pedal or the PTO lever. So I can't use the tractor at all.
It's below freezing, so I tried adding anti-gel to the diesel. No luck. Also cleaned out the air filter. No luck. Finally checked and lubricated the safety switches around the seat. They seem ok, but the one at the seat is actually inside the seat itself so I can't get to it without taking apart the seat framing. No idea if that's the culprit.
Any/all suggestions as to a repair are welcomed! Thanks!
