Both of my rear tires are leaking out the liquid ballast. Looks like it’s between the rim and tire. Is there anything I can do to stop it or do I need to take the tire to a repair shop?

You can try inflating the tires to the maximum pressure listed on the side wall.

There certainly is but before going into details,do you have tools and experience for dismounting and remounting tires on wheels?

What are the tires filled with? If calcium chloride take to tire shop and flush that crap out multiple times and repair any rust that has started. If other fill tires to 40 PSI and hope it seals.

You will not be able to stop it once started.

Time for tire shop and tubes or elimination of liquid ballast.

All remnants of beet juice must be cleaned away to prevent tirres from slipping on rim.
