I have a L3800 with a loader mounted. Several years ago I hit a stump with the left tire and bent the rim. Stump was left by right of way clearers who didn't finish the job very well. Anyway i got the wheel repaired. Mechanic took a hammer and beat it back into shape. Thought I was going to have to buy a new rim. But It worked except the tire has a slow leak. I lived with it for a few years but now the tire goes down almost over night. I have beat on it, applied a tire bead dressing but nothing is working anymore. Should i put the tire seal sticky stuff in the tire and see if it works or is there a better solution. Don't want to buy a new tire or rim yet. Any ideas? Thanks for help and comments.

Take it to your local tire shop and have a tube put in it.

Before taking it to the tire shop, try cleaning the whole tire, then spray the tire with windex, and rotate it, as you spray. If the windex bubbles, you have a leak, there. You might have picked up another leak, in the mean time. At worst, the tire guy will have a clean tire to work on...:D:D

Warrenton,VA,
Check all as stated above, and also check your valve stem. They do go bad and will have you chasing your tail.
