I replaced the steering lines, rebuilt steering valve, reassembled, changed the hydraulic filter, put 10 gallons of Kubota fluid in (site glass is not clear enough to see, so I used a "dip stick" in the fill hole and the oil seemed to be at the site glass height) and at first the steering did not work (cracked the quick connect that would go to the loader air busted out). Cycled the steering a few more times and it is now working. Unfortunately the 3 point hitch will not raise, cycled the control lever for 5 minutes and still nothing.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

Set the three point in the middle and work the steering and the loader valve if equipped and that should work the air out of it.

EDIT: Reread what you wrote, if you did not get the rebuild right on the steering controller or if you do not have the lines properly connected to the steering controller you won't have three point lift function.
