front tires are 21x8-10NHS 4ply Firestone, will need to be replaced soon.

Odd size, and have been told this tire has been discontinued ( by Firestone Ag tire dealer )

Rear tires are 31x15.5-15 Terra Tire XtraTrac Goodyears

I've seen this tire combo in the parts manual, so I'm confident these are the correct tires for the machine.

My tire dealer suggested a 20x8-10 4ply Carlisle Turf tire as a replacement for the fronts.

anyone have info or suggestions ?

Glad to have dropped in tonight and hopefully save you some grief & aggravation. The Carlisle 20x800-10 will not match the rolling circumference needed.Been there done that paid the price! Fortunately the price I paid was
only the loss of a couple of tires destroyed mounting/dismounting when the beads got torn up.

What in the Carlise brand will match unfortunately is not a turf tread, but their
USA Trail bias ply American made trailer tire.Use the load range C and the rolling circumference is exactly the same at 35 PSI (air pressure).

The Firestone Turf & Field actually replaced the 20.5x800-10 Bridgestone PD turf tire that was discontinued prior to the Firestone being dropped.I'm a long time tire distributor and have worked dilagently trying to come up with proper replacements when this happens for many years. You could probably call Firestone Ag's tire engineer number and ask who's the worst "ranter" about them dropping some of these sizes and they'd probably tell you a guy named Al  LOL! I don't have the circumference here at home but know exactly where it is at work: Just inside the front cover of my well worn 2005 Firestone Farm Tire Data Book.Oh yeah,I complain about them not printing a new data book too because a book is much easier to keep in the average garage or glove box of a service truck than a computer.

If you want to know more ask and I will get the numbers and reply in a day or two.

511116 is the part number I'm looking at, it is a turf tire

I'm not so much caring about the actual tread design, just that is does infact have tread ( more than what a trailer tire will have )

I want the roll out to be close ( pref. slightly larger ) a slight drop in air pressure will get it close enough I t shouldn't be an issue. ( is why I'm interested in the 20x10.00-10, over all dia is 20.8" mounted, drop from 24psi to 21-22psi, and we should be game on )

If you have other tire suggestions, I'm all ears. I'm very curious to see what the dealer can come up with for replacement, but I don't want to spend $130 ea to find out I'm getting a $70 tire.
