I have a kubota TG1860, and am having trouble with the deck lift lever not locking the deck into the desired cutting height. I can manually lock it by pushing a small pin/button at the base of the lift lever.
No reponses in 6 weeks, hmm... maybe you've got it sorted out by now.
Are you saying the thumb button in the top end of the lever does not come back up when you release it ? If so, that happened to my tractor once when the lift lever was pulled/bent sideways a bit and the thin rod that slides inside was binding.
I have this problem with a tractor I just purchased. The lift level was bent out putting the rod in a bind but I straightened it out. But do you know if the pin can be removed? It has a hook on one end and needs straightened as well.
