Hi guys I am new to your forum my name is Terry and I am retired and Live in Southern Spain I have two small question the first is that my tractor does not charge the battery and I cannot see an alternator or generator and second I have an rs 1100 cultivator which here in spain they fill the gearbox with the tractor connection with grease reather than gear oil is this correct any advise would be helpfull regards Terry

Hi Terry, You will find the ALT behind the fan. Since this size machine is thermo-siphon, there is NO water pump. Thus that is the part you seek! Look up a wiring schematic and try troubleshooting. of course a disassembly and cleaning first would probably go a ***long*** way to putting it back in service.
