Does anybody know where a good place to order bolt on teeth for a Kubota backhoe bucket?

It's been a while back but they where about $30 a piece from Kubota for the bolt on type and that didn't even include bolts. I really don't want the weld on just because it's so easy to replace the others. I figure that somebody has aftermarket teeth for them but I haven't found any yet.

Thanks guys.

Hi Handyman,

Unless I just can't find them, I don't see any that are like the ones that I need. Mine basicly slide over the edge of the bucket and they have two bolts that go thru the shank part of the tooth and the bucket itself. In other words these teeth don't have a seperate shank and tooth. They are a one piece tooth that doesn't require a shank. It may be a Kubota design that can't be copied yet, I dont really know. My backhoe is about 11 years old so you would think that some other company could make them by now though.

I do enjoy the coleman equipment site though. It has some very helpful info on there. Thanks Handy.

Hi Will,

I didn't have a chance to call yet. I have been hauling hay out of the field and trying to get it stacked in the shed before it got rained on. I will check with them as soon as I get caught up on this hay. Thanks for the info and I will check with them soon.

I ended up ordering them from Tag Equ. I contacted several dealers and even found some on Ebay. The ones on Ebay were 2 dollars a piece cheaper but with the shipping the price got jacked up. As far as the dealers go I was disappointed with all of them but Tag. I gave them my Kubota number for the teeth and got a different price from them all and Tag was the cheapest and for a added bonus no sales tax and free shipping to my door. I'm proud of my guys at Tag. Thanks for all the input though.

Hi Handy,

If you have never talked to these guys before you should give them a try. I order all my filters for both my tractors and the teeth over the phone and they are having them shipped to me and then simply bill me for them. I love going to the dealer in person when I have time to do so but this is a nice option when I don't have time to go and they really take care of their customers. If you talk to them just tell them I sent you there and I feel syre that they will take good care of you.

Sam, as far as I know they don't have a web site. They are a small dealership but Ken (the owner) told me that he doesn't want a huge fancy place because all that will do is drive up the overhead and then he can't offer his customers the same deals that he can now. He has been in the same location for over 40 yrs that I know of.

Will, Alvin did give me a good price on them but with the tax and shipping cost I ended up getting them cheaper from my local dealer. They seemed like a good bunch though, thanks for the tip.
