T1600H W RC44LT DECK HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

I've had this mower for over thirty years. I always have to mow with the deck up to keep from scalping the grass. The deck has been adjusted to ride as high as possible. Any ideas?

Blades are right side up correct? Not upside down? Seen it lots of times.

Make sure you have good air pressure in all four tires

The tire pressure is maxed out. I'll look at the blades.

Like I said, seen it too many times. The blades are upside down on this finish mower I just picked up. Easy to get wrong if your in a hurry.
