T1600h shutting off

Hi I have a T1600h and it shut off while it was running and would not restart. After inspecting things found the rear fuel filter was only half full of diesel fuel. Suspecting an air leak I replaced all the rubber fuel pipes, and bled the air out of the lines. Tried to start it and it would not st art, but found if I let the fuel pump run longer it will start and run for about 10-20 seconds then just stop. Also just to note it never quits clicking when you first turn the key on and just have the pump running. Thanks for any thoughts.

Maybe you have some trash, like leaves, rags, bugs...who knows what, in your fuel tank. Take the fuel line off before the fuel pump and see how much fuel comes out. That should help you determine if fuel flow is good. It sounds like from what you describe the fuel pump never gets up to pressure.
