Hello all. Svl90-2 w/ 850 hrs. Throwing dpf codes. Never had a problem, always run full throttle when regen hits. Yesterday it wouldn't stop regeneration. Then kicked a code went to limp mode. I parked it facing down a hill and then we had a sudden storm pop up. Thinking the dpf filled with some water. Anyway to reset the codes? I disconnected battery for 30 min. Still there. Wiring, pressure tubing, etc all look to be in place. Are these machines "park regen"? Symbol looks like it, but never read that anywhere, just says run high idle.

The way to reset codes is typically in the wsm, and i can't help with that I onlu have L60 manual. However from the sound of things you have a problem with a sensor or something. The most expedient would be a dealer with laptop to id which component is at fault.

Good morning Sheepfarmer! Nice to see you make a post. You're the regeneration guru and I notice no post for a while, but then every one deserves a sabbatical!:D

Take a look at the wiring for the sensors in the DPF muffler. This can be done by opening the rear door and raising the hood. Look in particular at the area right below where the sheathing ends. I have found several units that have exposed or broken wires from the sheath wearing thru the insulation and cutting clear thru the wire its self. If they are bare and shorted, separate the wires and encapsulate them and the end of the sheath in RTV sealer. If a wire is cut in two, splice it and encapsulate it in the sealer.

Hopfully your problem that simple, if not you will have to have your dealer connect Diag master to it.

This is one of the main reasons I frequent this site. Place I work for just got into the SVL/SSV stuff, I ain't never dealt with it, so I'm green. I love reading real-world fixes like this. Thanks for posting.

I have a SSV65 and getting a E:9214 error and a blinking red, amber light and beeps when I turn the switch on. I have no broken wires on the thero sensors. Which sensor do I need to replace as there 3 of them?

Do you have the WSM it will help with testing and replacement of parts.

I do and on the error code it states to contact the dealer. On the amber light it states hydraulic lock/
unlock solenoid, aux port variable switch and other elements are broken or short-circuited.
