Hello guys, I recently purchased a Svl75-3 with around 230hrs on it. It's in great shape, optioned out, and got it for a great price. Big step up from the 763 I used to run. Everything looked good when I tested it out, tight, no leaks, fluid levels good, oil darker but full. Air filter clean etc.

Got it home and started ordering filters and oil to change as I normally do with used equipment. Noticed that the factory oil filter is still on it (dark grey paint, no part #), so it appears that the 50hr service was never done.

Should I be concerned about this or not worry about it? I know the interval is every 500 hrs, just bothers me a bit it appears to have never been changed.. This skid will be used for my small business, I intend to keep it long term and do all service/repairs I can myself.

Thanks

It’s not going to make any difference, and it’s always a good idea to change all the fluids and filters on a used machine no matter how many hours are on them just so you know what your working with.

It's not suppoed to have oil and filter changed until 500 hours, so your fine.

The only filter that is changed at the first 50-hour service is the HST filter.
