I ordered my L4060HST-C back in September, added the 3rd function/QA Remote kit in November. I have everything BUT the hydraulic kit for the 3rd function/QAR. I just heard from the dealer not to expect it until end of year.

Over a YEAR to get a simple hose kit and fittings. I can understand why my F350 hasn't been scheduled to build since it has thousands of components, but some hose, fittings and wire? How screwed up IS the supply chain?

There are other companies that make similar products. You don't have to buy direct from your dealer.

I'm at the "Make it work" point with things 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂 If the dealer can't get it then I source from whomever can get it.

I've also sent parts to a company that has a C&C machine and had the make me that part (Injection pump keys) since the local injection pump companies are months out getting them.

Getting parts for certain engines is like pulling teeth. Alternators, starters, wiring harness, ect...... taking months on end to get it.

Starters and alternators, I've been getting with a local armature company. As long as the geometry works then give it to me. I'll make it work. Even if I have to modify a frame, or move brackets.

If it's coming from China...... expect it to take a while. They got us by the short and curly's.

At the moment we are 6 months out or more on certain parts that used to take a week to get.

Already bought and paid for, just waiting on delivery. I have seen some of the aftermarket kits, and they look cludged together. Besides, this kit has all the harnesses and switches for the quick attach remote as well as all the hardware. It cost ~$2600 too. Was added to the original order since it could be on the financing.

My Kubota F2690 is at the dealer waiting for a deck to come in, they were hopeful it will be here the first week of August. Apparently the 2690 was ordered by a customer for other use and he ordered it without a deck and then backed out of the deal when the economy went south so it has been sitting deckless at the dealer waiting for a buyer. Just another victim of the supply chain.

I am not in a huge rush for it since my Deere 955 with midmount mower still works fine but I would rather dedicate the 955 to non-mowing service and the front mount Kubota F2690 will be faster and should provide a better quality cut especially when I have to cut damp grass during the spring. Having the heavy 955 front tires roll over the grass just before the deck defeats even high lift blades from fully lifting the grass resulting in obvious wheel stripes a few days later from grass that is just a little taller.

Interesting how the population can be controlled by various shortages. When diesel fuel or oil for engines is not available as currently needed our habits will change.

When I ordered my 3rd function kit pre-pandemic, it took 3 months to get it back then. So, I can't imagine the length of time it will take now.

I don't know what you are getting in the kit, but for mine I found that Kubota changed from a nice kit with steel pipes to a Land Pride kludge that is about the same as the less expensive kits available.

It the L2272 kit from Kubota. They would not to a bait and switch with a landpride aftermarket kit because it is on a Kubota loan, as a Kubota part. That and I would call them out on it and insist I get the correct kit.

I checked with Messicks back in November, same price and 4-5 months to get it back then.

Was in Sams the other week, shelves were not empty but there was some things that were in pretty slim supply. So it aint just your tractor, and I feel for you I know how I was! Stay safe and enjoy
