Hi all i have read just about everything on the repair of the hydralic control valve. I have a valve get stuck this was a no brainer debris in the valve boom on la301 wont lower and float wont work . Problem rust in detent. Solution took cap off removed detent bearings and spring and collar (this was in rough shape) cleaned caps and added drain holes as ther is none. Put back together works but no float function as expected .
I can get new repair kit. The valve is the husco 9210 2 spool with float .
My question is there an easy way to take the float bearing holder off the end of the spool shaft , this appears to be threaded in and i didnt want to pull spool shaft out if I didn't have to.
Thanks

You don't have to take the spool valve out to remove it, just hold the top of the spool from spinning when removing it.
