Well, mow a football field in 7 minutes.

https://www.hustlerturf.com/products/super-104
We aint got nuttin like that to cut our fields....butttt the zero turn that we do have, cuts 54" and IF YOU want to run it wide open...... you best have not had lunch.....cause you will "see it again"

there are speeds to cut grass and there is warp drive speeds.......I was in hurry one day to cut before it rained........all the muscles in my chest hurt from being bounced around!

Nice machine....but at 26 thousand dollars it needs to cut a looootttt of grass!;):)

Nice find D2Cat!

We tried a zero turn, wasnt bad around the house, but forget the hills and working through the woods,, But I guess if your doing football fields that would be the ticket

84 acres in 8 hours is a pretty optimistic claim. I question anyone could actually obtain that in the real world.

i actually do have one of these....... in the 60" deck.

that 104" deck is only good for that type of stuff.

perfectly flat... if you have anything thats not it gives too much height variation in the grass cut as the wheels go up or down.

YES you really can mow with these at top speed. IF you can stay on it.

a nice flat golf course style yard, i can do 5acres in an hour pretty easy without tearing up anything. ( my neighbors yard)

take that & turn it into the 5 acres of rolling & rough yard that is my own lawn?

1hr & 45 mins to do that.

as to doing hills? NO PROBLEM AT ALL! you get the right machine for the job. these Hyper Drives & my older ATZ are designed for hills & up to 20* slopes..... vs regular Zero's that arent.

I know this is the 'Orange Tractor" site but my next ztr mower will more than likely be a Ferris. My neighbor has one and let me use it on my yard. With shocks and springs on all four corners it literally road like I was riding on air compared to my JD Z910a. My mower only has 375 hours on it and I've seriously considered trading it on a Ferris.

A buddy in Ohio just bought his wife a little Kubota mini-tractor mower and I swore the video he sent me was sped up. That thing mows at like 15 mph!

ehenry: Ferris is a NICE mower & they do ride GREAT!! expensive!!
wouldnt mind having one of those myself!

CCR: lots of nice Zero's out there! & mowing fast is great... IF the ground is smooth. my Hustler "can" mow at 17mph... but im my rough yard? 7mph is really like being on a bull at the rodeo!
