Pop the hoses off the cylinder and see if youvare getting flow. My guess is the diverter is not diverting.....It is an lx3310 tractor. 2970 51" front blower attachment. Hydraulic with electric toggle switch on lever in cab. Deflector chute is operational but chute rotation does not move by activating toggle. Regardless of toggle position only deflector responds. Have replaced diverter valve on blower. Can disconnect hydraulic lines and move chute by hand, so no hydraulic obstruction. Seems like toggle is bad, but tried connecting a new one and it didn't fix issue. Maybe my Guage wire was too small? I can post pics later. Fuses are all good too. Our dealer has been of little help .
How can you have flow and no movement?I have and that is how I know there is no problem with with hydro flow
First of all I was thinking electrical cintrol not mechanical.Plus I replaced the diverter valve at 500.00 and it didn't fix issue
You are making something simple complicated.Fuses are intact. Know there us hydraulic flow because bucket raises and lowers.
The snowblower comes with a motor for rotation but a manual deflextor adjustment.Fuses are intact. Know there us hydraulic flow because bucket raises and lowers.
He has a hydraulic motor and cylinder on the snowblower. How dobypu control both actuators?hmm... Hydraulic with electric toggle switch on lever in cab.
A few pictures will help !!! Especially the wiring !!!!
Ok - starting to get this sorted out. If both were working before and now just deflection works sounds like the diverter is dead. Pull the hoses off the motor and check for flow there. Dollars to donuts there isnt any.Toggle switch in cab plugs into diverter part and does rotation and deflection on chute. No matter toggle position, it only activates chute deflection. Toggle is a single pole on/off. This has worked until now it doesnt.
