Sleeve hitch on a BX

Is there a way to attach a sleeve hitch implement to a BX 3 point hitch? I mostly have Cat 1 implements but I've got a few sleeve hitch laying around too
Is there a way or an attachment available to get a sleeve hitch on to my Cat 1 hitch? It's not that important but looking on the internet I haven't seen anything available that fits my need. Any home made solutions?

Guess I'm not sure what you mean by sleeve hitch??

Are you talking a 2" receiver like a pickup might have?

I got a receiver to replace the "hokie" draw-plate on my BX from these guys.

I prefer to use this over a 3-point drawbar, but they have 3PH options also.
