Shifter rod connector?

The shifter rod came loose (connects the forward/reverse pedal) and I need to order the connector piece. Does anyone know what this piece is called?

Yes they are a tie rod or rod end. 5/16x24UNF is a very common size. You can order from Kmart or any aftermarket source will do you just fine.
