Sheared shifter fork L305DT

Is there an easy way to get the fork rods out. I see what looks like recessed caps on the back of the shifter base? I'm kinda partial to the old beast.

I sent you a link to a download of the WSM for your tractor.
Look on page 32 - paragraph 68 it will walk you through the removal of the parts.
If you need to know more, just ask.
