My 2022 SVL 75-2 Skid Steer has a seized left attachment Quick Attach pin. Any suggestions? The pin in the down/locked position with the bucket on.

My three failures: a 1500W rotary hammer, Boom pushing down against a socket on top of a bottle jack, 4 pound hammer striking an iron bar. Each with Kroil penetrating oil from the top. Now I parked the SVL on a hill/ledge so I could lower the bucket enough to seep Kroil down the slanted pin from the lower end. I will re-apply the hammer after a couple days of seeping Kroil.

Can I torch heat the pin socket near the grease fitting?

I don’t see that you really have a choice but to use the old “flame wrench” at this point.

You seem to have tried everything that you can/should.

How long has “it” been on? Seems awfully strange that corrosion could/might be the problem, but I suppose that anything is possible.

Is it possible that something got bent?

Got pics?

Must be you haven’t been using the grease fitting?
