My L4701 is around 30 hours and I was looking through my service manual anticipating the 50 hour service. I am wondering if there is any issues with me performing the recommended/required service tasks without having warranty problems?

I never had any concerns on doing my own maintenance as far as warranty is concerned. Some folks recommend keeping receipts for maintenance items, but I never bothered.
What is important is to use fluids and parts that meet the manufacturers specs, or bite the bullet and use OEM maintenance products.

Yeah - - what RJ said.

I've done all my service. Tractor is long-since off warranty, but didn't concern me too much, since I still had the jug of SUDT2, OEM filters on it, etc.

I did switch to Rotella T6 5w-40 early on; maybe 2nd year.

My B2650 is right at one year now and I keep a record of what I do to it in the owners manual. So far have bought service items from Kubota. My dealer is about 50 miles away and the guy that delivered it and the service manager and my salesman all told me that it was fine for me to do the service.
