Just got a notice my new Z726 has a recall for the voltage regulator. Stop use until repaired. Not sure how many it affects but just a warning to others that may already have had a regulator replaced. Seems to be a Kawasaki recall.

Did they say what years the recall covers? I have a older Z726 that I bought used so I know they don't have my info to contact me...

I just got off the phone with my dealer and it sounds like just some are affected and they don't have parts yet. The notice says any questions call 1-888-458-2682 so you could try that number to see. It also says if you sold it transfer this letter to the new owner.

I found this online a few minutes ago as I wanted to see if my old 2017 Kawasaki on my Husqvarna Zt was effected. It seems only the 2023 models are impacted at this time.
