Inherited a kubota rtv900 from the wifes grandparents that had been sitting for a few years. It was parked because it had started struggling in h and m, seemed to drive better in l. It still cranks and runs fine but definitely loses it's power in H. I had to jack up the rear end to work on the tires and noticed that the back right tire doesn't spin in Neutral, the left wheel does easily. Am I assuming correct that all 4 should push/roll easy in neutral? Is that what is causing the loss of power in h and m? If that is the problem, are the brakes locked up on that side or what? Thanks for your help!

My first thought was yours - brakes locked on that side.

I would think the one rear spins and the other would spin backwards if it has a open diffy.

The tires should spin freely while in neutral.
The control shaft can get rust on it where it enters the transaxle case, usually, it is when the unit sees little use.
Spray a good penetrant in that area and turn the shaft back and forth. If it does not free right up, let it soak overnight and try again. Keep at it until it returns by the return spring pressure only.

Spray the other side also to ward off the possibility of it seizing in the future.
