In my opinion - amazon or even ebay are both great places to buy.
LED lights have come down almost 75% in the last 2 years. They are dirt cheap and work extremely well. Low current draw and last for damn near forever.
Light bars are a little higher but you still cannot beat the light for the amount of $$$$$ spent.

I was going to engineer my own, but looked at turnkey from ropslights and seemed a much cleaner solution. Great service, and great product. Easy install.

The first year I had my tractor I got a 20" light bar(I'd have to measure it..might be 18" or 24") from Amazon. I also bought two square cube Led's from Amazon. I attached the light bar to the rop with large hose clamps around the brackets. I have it facing forward and put the cube light rear facing. But with the rop down, the light bar is facing backwards of course.
With a light bar. You'll have more light then you can imagine.

I bought from Amazon, 1800 luminens X2 for about $35 lots a light, but I also put one on my chute so I can see when I rotate it in the dark. But I put a power seat motor for rotation and a hydraulic actuator on the chute deflector for about $125. Now it moves and the deflector operates at the flick of a switch - very slick

For $100 I got a 20" 126w LED Flood light bar and 6 18w (1260 lumen) LED spot lights. I mounted to light bar facing forward and 2 spot lights facing forward at 45 degrees to light the sides of the tractor. The other 4 spot lights face backward, 2 straight back and 2 at 45 degrees to get the sides facing backward. I did not realize how much light these things throw and it lights up everything. I also got a small switch that I plan to use to turn the LED lights on separately from the main tractor lights, right now they all come on when the tractor lights come on.

Ordered on a Sunday, arrived the following Friday. I ordered the 2 double LED kits and John even threw in an adapter to join both kits together before plugging into the tractor's wiring harness. Wire length was a perfect fit for the BX. Install was straight forward and simple. I couldn't be happier.
