Am I understanding the manual correctly, is this pipe the power steering delivery pipe? If so, it appears I need to remove it in order to pull my fuel injection pump (which I need to do, due to a SNAFU on my part). What a convenient spot to run it... I'm not clear on how to remove it on each end or what hazards I should be aware of when I do, can anyone give some guidance? Thanks!

The line is easily removed by removing 2 banjo bolts, nothing is going to fly out.
Before you disassemble any thing, you need to reinstall the fuel hoses and wash that tractor. It is waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy to filthy to be disassembling any fuel or hydraulic components,

I'm wondering what you could have possibly snafued to have to remove the injection pump?

And along with whitetiger's suggestion, if you do remove the injection pump make 100% sure you remove and save all the shims under the pump as that is what sets the timing and you will reuse the same shims if you replace or rebuild the pump.

Thank you whitetiger. I did give the engine a clean-up after doing a bit of scouting on what I what need to move and remove for access.

Thanks Wolfman. I talked to a local shop here that specializes in diesel fuel injection pumps, and they said the same about the shims, but to keep them, and to take the pump off and bring it to them. As far as what I did to cause this:
Kubota L3200 won't shutoff with key | OrangeTractorTalks - Everything Kubota

So here I am, pretty deep in this removal, and trying to figure out how to get the fuel shutoff rail to slide into the correct position so I can now remove the pump, as there's a cutout just for the rail lever to slide through as you pull the pump out...
