I am trying to get the radiator out of my l4610 hst-d. It is mounted using four plastic pins coming out of the radiator,2 on top, two on the bottom, with a large rubber bushing cushioning the mounts against the metal brackets. The bottom brackets are welded, and cannot be removed. The top bracket appears to also be non-removable. That top bracket is attached to a tubular frame at the front of the tractor that also holds the evaporator. I see no way to remove this. There does not seem to be anyway to get enough clearance with the very sturdy top brackets to clear the plastic tabs to remove the radiator. I'm sure there is something simple I am missing, but I do not want to break the tabs as I am hoping I can have the radiator repaired. Thanks.

Thanks for that. The second diagram was the one I needed to see. Actually, once I removed the two bolts from the frame into the bottom of the radiator support, I was able to use a pry bar to gently ease the bottom out past the posts, avoiding the extra work of removing the battery tray and the tubular frame/front grill support.
