Recalls / Campaign on Kubota L4060

Would someone know where I could find the list of all recalls on Kubota L4060 -- The dealer is not really helping me out.

I believe you can email Kubota customer service and give them the model and serial number of your tractor and they will look it up. You might mention your dealer refused to do so.

There is no "List" of PSBs for a certain model. The dealer inputs the model and the serial number on the Kubota Dealer Portal. This will show any uncompleted PSB's if any for your unit.
Kubota Customer Service can also run your info and tell you if your unit has any outstanding.
