Hello, I have a 99 B7300 and I am running the stock AG tires. I had some issues with trying to set the front link so that the deck height is correct. I also had some issues with the rear lift rods and setting those. I got it adjusted close cutting at the 2.5inch height.
The owners manual gave length to set them at if running the AG tires but the B7300 has different tire sizes than the manual indicated.
I have 6-12 front and 8.3-16 rear but the manual references 7-12 front and 11.2 - 16.
for those tires it indicated making the front link 19-13/16 in. Rear lift rods 25 inches.
when on a level surface gauge wheels do not touch completely, but on a cutting they seem to.
Does any have any experience?
Would I shorten the front link for the smaller tires?
The deck doesn't come all the way up, so would I also shorten the rear lift rod?
Is this something the dealer would know? I know the tractor is old and they seem to not want to provide any information.
Thank You!
