I'm not familiar with your machine but the screen on my L3010 is quite flexible. It won't slide straight out but I can flex it as I pull and put it back same way.

They can usually slide both directions, try the other way. You should also ask the dealer, they needed to show you about common maintenance and such.

The lower trim piece lifts right out, it just sits over a couple of pins, but it turns out that the next obstacle is the loader arms. I was just at the dealer this afternoon and asked what I needed to know to safely lift the loader arms straight up, and then work under them, since I had seen the mechanic do that to access the oil separator etc. Answer: just lift straight up and then engage the lock lever and turn engine off. Bucket position doesn't matter he said ( probably best to sweep manure out of bucket first). I sort of think it still is dangerous without a proper backup support for the bucket and it seems like I have seen some threads on the forum about building some. If all you're going to do is reach under and pull the screen out should be ok.

Lift the loader up where you want it.

Find a piece of angle iron about the same length of the distance between the cylinder and the loader frame. Cut your angle if needed. I jsut use a hose clamp to hold it to the ram rod. With a cordless drill it takes seconds to install and remove. Then drop the loader down until the cylinder ram contacts, then stop. You don't want ALL the weight on the stops, just touch them and it should be good to go.
