R520 wheel loader stuck in low speed

I'm looking to buy a r520 from a fella its in decent shape everything works except its always in low what should I check ? I'm guessing a solenoid moves a lever from low to high ? Is there a way to manually switch to high speed to make shure it works ? Thanks guys !

I don’t recall exactly what I did but it may have involved disabling the button on the control arm for turtle mode. Off for a few days but I’ll check. IIRC I just unplugged it.
