Quick Question: Land Pride SCG0548 Grapple Connections

Hi-

I don't currently have this grapple, but I'm hoping someone who does can tell me what size and kind of quick disconnects this attachment comes with?

I'm trying to finish up a project to extend one set of my rear remotes to my loader to use to power this grapple and one of the final parts is to add a set of male (I think) quick disconnects on to my loader?

Can't help you on the grapple. But, I would do a male and female QD on the tractor and grapple, that way you can't mix them up. It would always be remote lever forward would close and back would be open, or how ever you want it.

Opposite issue for me, dealer wanted to know what 3rd function had and supplied matching fittings. One of each will allow hoses to be connected when not in use.

No idea what Landpride uses on their grapples but the quick couplers for the loader on my BX2370-1 are ISO 7241B if that helps.

I have this Grapple on my tractor right now. I have the QD Fittings staggered on my tractor so the lines can never get crossed one male one female. when the implement is off, you can connect the hoses together

If grapple is self supporting, yes. Cylinder will be allowed to float, implement can move if unit doesn't support it's own weight.
