quick hitch

I have a quick hitch with an adjustable top hook. Is it necessary for all 3 hooks to sit flush? My box blade and mower are both Land Pride, but they don't line up the same on the quick hitch.

Critical for the bottom two. Top link hook as long as it has good purchase works fine. Does not have to be at the bottom of the top link hook.

You will probably discover that all your implements require different hook positions. I can't use my top hook for that reason.
