This is an update. Today I put bushings on my Heavy Hitch weight rack and it now works fine with my Woods Quick Hitch. ALSO: it appears that at least 3 and possibly 4 of my 41 lb weights will fit on the inside. They DO NOT appear to conflict with the sway bars or the corner bracing on the Woods Quick Hitch. The Quick Hitch seems to have helped this clearance issue by pushing the inner weight rack about 4" farther away from the sway bars.
The reason only two are shown on the inside in the pictures is I was dumb. I put the hitch on and then tried to load the rack. That works on the far rear weights. But on the inner ones inside the three-point arms, they hit the Quick Hitch, so they must be loaded before the Heavy Hitch is attached to the Quick Hitch.
Now, I don't have a rolling rack stand for my weight hitch because I don't have room on my sole bit of level cement. I plan to lower the rack onto a 6x6 block of wood or some such. The wood has to be short enough that the bushings for the Quick Hitch hooks stick beyond it. The hitch should then release, be able to be loaded, and the hitch can pick it up again.
If I can get 8 of my weights on the inner rack, that's 328 lbs, and the Heavy Hitch and the Woods Quick Hitch add another 100 lbs. That 428 lbs is about the weight of my box blade, and the hitch is a lot more compact. If I need more weight for heavier ballast, I know I can add another 328 pounds of weights to the rear. I am mostly moving mulch this summer so should be fine. My rear tires are also loaded, and I have spacers that set them out 6". All this seems to help in this extreme hill country.
