Price advice for 2201DT

Looking at buying a 2201DT and wondering if $10 000CDN is a good price for this tractor? Loader is 1yr old. Also comes with a tiller attachment. Has 1010 hours on it.

I am new to tractors and this will be my first.

Thanks for the Reply Vic. Really appreciate the info and will probably shy away from this deal as I am not a welder/fabricator
