Have L2600DT. Power Steering has started working only part time. Loader always works and 3 point lift always works. I can't find any pattern of why it only works sometimes. New to the forum, so searched for relevant thread but didn't find much help. Suggestions appreciated.

If everything else is working when there is more than likely a priority valve issue or the PS unit itself.
Start by looking at the priority valve.
The WSM will have the information.
