Power Source Additive - How To Use Small Amounts?

I only have a 5 gallon diesel container. The Power Source mentions being used for a 100 galloon amount. Is it alright to just measure out 1/20th of this, power it into the diesel container and shake it up? Is it like the 2 stroke oil in that I should be putting it in the container first then diesel after?

Lastly, should I use those in the diesel each time I fuel my tractor up (BX2370)?

Yes you can use smaller amounts either directly in tank or mix as you said in your container which should be more consistent. Yes add a little diesel to can (1 gal) then additive, shake, and then top off with diesel.
The directions are on the back of this product that I use...

I dont use the additive every time but I probably should. My engine seems to run smoother with less knocking sound when I do use it.

The easyest way is when you need fuel dump some inthe can and go fill it up,, the fuel flowing in to the can mixes it all up and your good to go,, and yea just divide the amount of fuel in to 100

Jay - reminder - something I just learned this year. White bottle in winter, gray bottle summer. I used the white stuff year-round until this year.

Depending on how you use it seasonally, it's more important to have the white stuff in when it gets cold, than having the gray stuff when it gets warm. (Gelling is a big PITA, but it won't blow up if you have winter stuff in when it warms up a little)

I also overdose mine a little, probably......I sure as hell don't measure anything. Being a former bartender, 2 second slow pour= 1.96782 oz., and your looking for 1.6....;):p

P.S. - there is winter blend diesel. Comes out mid-fall here in my part of NYS. One station I know of marks the pump - most don't. It's safe to trust it's the proper stuff if you buy where a lot of trucks fuel up (the fuel company itself, Town trucks and school buses fuel where I buy mine).

Don't have a bunch of summer diesel in the tractor and cans as fall approaches. Wait until late October to stock up for winter..
