I almost miss my job site in Alaska, only because of the sunrise/sunset pics.
We got up to 70* today and it was GREAT!

Posted a picture of our twins' first birthday.
The Mrs. was going through old photos:
Not our photo, think she got it from the newspaper. Was quite a few years ago now.
Valedictorian and Salutatorian of their class.
They both had relay and individual State Champion medals in New York in high school.
Probably last leg of a 4x100m relay.
Not sure, but this may be the last leg of a NYS Championship Relay.
They went on to Division 1 for track & field, running in multiple National Championships against many future Olympians that they still communicate with.

Nice picture and they were obviously very good athletes. Do they both still run for fun or exercise?

They do both run, but more middle distance exercise runs of about 3-5,000 meters for fitness.
Sprinting has been out of their program for a while.
One of them did compete in open 400m sprints for a few years in her area. Was several years ago.
Bechevin Bay, Atka Is. B-24d ditched due to low fuel Dec. 1942 couldn't land in Adak due to weather.

Bears, not in our backyard though. Although we do get black bears regularly. These were all taken by me during a fly fishing trip with my wife. Back of here head is in one.

The moon to the West this morning around 7:30 as seen from my deck. It looked a lot clearer and bigger to the naked eye but that's cell phone cameras for you.

My old 1930 Model A Tudor. Took it grocery shopping on Sundays and while the wife shopped every old timer in the parking lot would come over and chat letting me know they had one, or learned to drive on one, or their pappy had one. Heard lots of great stories.
Should have kept it but had an offer I couldn't refuse.
