parking brake "on light"

On a M7040 there is no such light. I sometimes forget and start backing out of the shed and then realize the brake is still on.
Some time ago there was a discussion about a brake light switch. A necessary item if you were to have a warning light.
The external trailer type connector at the rear of the tractor and its terminals were the question by another M series owner.
The WSM wiring diagram labelled the trailer connector terminals showing one for brake lights.
In the end, what was determined was that brake lights are not a requirement of law in North America. Kubota's WSM is more universal and can mislead at times on matters like the brake light switch.
I cannot recall if the wiring harness at the brake pedal had a connector but no switch.
