OTT slow or not working

Maybe it's just me, but is anyone experiencing slow connections or timeouts with no connection?
It happens mostly in the morning, but I have also experience it at any time during the day.

I've seen it be slow at times, and a day or two it did timeout as well.
It seems to come and go at times...

I had that last night. I couldn't get on.

Past few days it’s been hit and miss. Doesn’t matter if I’m on my iPhone, Mac Mini, wife’s iPhone, or wife’s iPad. No issues with other sites or web dependent apps. When it doesn’t time out, works normally.

Last night it worked for 10 minutes or so, then I got rime outs.
