The mower deck on the BX needs,,, aliened or something . The right front corner is down the rest of the deck raises but the front wheel just hangs to the point the anti scalp wheel is always on the ground even with the deck all the way up. I have the book for the deck, but either I am not reading what it says or not understanding.
So my orange geek brothers please tell me WTF am I not seeing? More than likely it will be a DUHHHHH moment so lets have it.

Not knowing exactly how it attaches to the tractor but assuming it has some type of hanger on the front…

Look at that side of the hanger and see if the deck is attached properly. Highlight in yellow and red. I put a question mark on something else that could be wonky but I have no idea what it does.

Russel, that is a great diagram, with lots of good info. The piece you highlighted with a question mark locks the complete section you marked in yellow to the front frame of the tractor, to hold everything up and in place. Skeets, I have the same mower. Make sure the two back supports for the mower are locked in properly. If the left one isn,t in correctly, you would only be lifting one side of the mower, which would cause the tilt.

anti scalp wheels should Never touch the ground on a level surface.
adjust those first.

then measure side to side deck height. The adjustment bolts and on the back of the deck where the lift arms Pin to the deck.

they sell a nifty tool to measure blade height, I think john Deere makes it.
measure the left and right side blade height.

I'm sure there are videos on the yew tube if you need additional guidance.
