I notice while using the rear pto , that It starts to leak trans/hyd oil from the bottom of the tractor (out of the little drip hole that has that plunger pin hanging down) I assume a oil seal is bad, not sure what is all involved to correct this. if i dont use rear pto , everything is okay (no dripping) ?? any suggestions appreciated. thanks JIm

It's probably just pure luck that your noticing it leaking when the PTO is on because that really has nothing to do with what's leaking.
What's leaking is the main input shaft that connects the clutch to the tractor or possibly the front wheel drive shaft, if you leave it go too long the clutch will fail from oil contamination.
In either case it requires splitting the tractor to repair it. ;)

Clutch in a HST? Where is the clutch pedal?

thanks guys, thats a real bummer, had to split the tractor a year ago to replace that main seal, took care of that leak, until this one developed...i could just cuss right now. and to top it off i just had a error code today show on the dash, flashing code 83.cruise control problem, called dealer,he sold me a new switch, said that would take care of it,, nope still not functioning and code 83 still flashing. anybody have a code 83, and know of anything else i could check? wow, for a 420 hour machine, it sure has had problems. my old ih 560 is much more reliable ,that is for sure. thanks Jim
