I need the best killer of this that will not harm Bermuda grass.

Has anyone had good luck with a particular product?

Sedgehammer is what we use on our ball fields.

Sedgehammer is the trade name. The active ingredient is halosulfuron-methyl.

I'm in the Northeast, but I think it's the same ingredient as the name brand sedgehammer in all the Sedge killers. It's pretty harmless, comes and goes each year. As long as it doesn't spread too thick I've leaned to mostly ignore it. Bigger patches I spray...sulfentrazone (without googling I think that's the chemical) #lawngeek
Those little spray bottles can get a expensive, get yourself a concentrate bottle and mix it in a sprayer.

I've always used liquid Trimec when I had a lawn that I cared about (it was like a golf course). Gordons offers one that specifically addresses nutsedge as well. I would not be afraid to use it.

I have to ask, what do you guys use for weeds/total vegetation killer? I used to use round up/diesel but lately, I've just been mixing a brine solution. I'm impressed with the results and its quite simple/safe and really doesn't get much cheaper.

I still use the generic roundup from TSC. Its about $49 for 2.5 gallons which last me a good bit of time.
