The clutch on my 1979 B7100 is ocasently noisy by release .also the tractor jump by release. maybe grease the clutch bearing helps ?
tractor has 240 hrs on the clock. TOO long time standing in the Garage.
I suggest you start by going to Kubotabooks.com and downloading the workshop manual which is an excellent one.
This link may or may not take you directly to the B7100 WSM

I don't know your particular model but with the manual you will learn a great deal more about your tractor and its clutch.
If the clutch is not engaging smoothly, the first step is making sure non of the linkages between the clutch pedal and the inside of the engine are binding.
Usually release bearings are sealed and cannot be greased.
The jerky release may improve with use. Rust on the flywheel. Try holding your foot on the brake while moving and release the clutch until it starts slipping and then let it engage. Do this several times but don't overheat the clutch disk. You are trying to create some slippage which will wear off the rust.
