i have purchased the engine rear main oil seal and the transmission intake seal...is it really asking for trouble replacing those? No, they aren't leaking.
Are you really telling me i should replace the HST motor, the HST pump and the clutch, as in "UMMM, I said the parts to replace in #42."
(TYPO on #42) should have been #52 where I said to replace the Pressure plate, the Clutch disk and the throwout bearing.

Good luck on the seals, I already put my 2 cents in and said that they aren't leaking don't touch them.
If you get them wrong then you'll be back in there,
FYI: If you only got "a seal" for the rear main, then I'll almost guarantee you your going to mess it up, as it also requires 2 gaskets to replace the rear main seal properly.

I only ever use the clutch on mine to start it, then never tough the clutch pedal again, until I need to start it again, there is a safety switch which requires clutch to be pressed to start ...

I'm guess you checked the obvious stuff like fluid level, and the parking brake isn't on?
Funny you mention that safety switch. One time I went to start my tractor and it didn't do anything. set there in wonderment, then tried to start again. Same result. Tractor had not been use for a bit so I put a charger on the battery while i did another chore. Next time I came back it started right up, with very little charge. That's when I discovered with size 14 boots on my boot snagged something down there and didn't allow full depression of clutch peddle. From then on I always make sure my boot is one the outer edge of the peddle!!!!

There is nothing on dash for pro rpm .. just tells me that PTO is disengaged when it’s disengaged as I cycle through
Without the PTO engaged it should look like this ...

Once the PTO is engaged it should look like this ... Along with the red light on the right side ...
