Is $10k a good price for a L3240 4X4 HST? Tractor is clean with front end loader and new back ag tires. 490 hrs

Sounds like a really good price, comparable tractors are selling for 16K to 21K.

Tractor is in great shape. It is more of a favor. I just wanted some opinions about it. It belonged to the doctor my wife works for. I do some work on his 71' El Camino.
